"Thank you, Luis Schwarzenberger: You've made happy with your invention and development for many people and helped them that they themselves could take the initiative to do something for the health of body and soul.
Summarized in a few words, detoxify regenerate, relax, and just feeling comfortable and happy. Physiotherm infrared cabin can bring in a natural and individual way the whole body in motion."
In my work as a medical journalist, for more than 35 years I have been endeavouring to discover and publicise new developments in preventive healthcare, discoveries that help us as people to stay healthy and to recover as quickly as possible from health problems. My focus has always been on developments that are “free of side-effects” or have “few side-effects”. It is no wonder then that time and again I came across warmth, a fascinating phenomenon that has strong positive effects on the human body. And the people that read my books and articles, who hear me on the radio and see me on television, have continued to be grateful and enthusiastic about my extensive research. Already years ago I brought back to my mind the good old-fashioned hot water bottle, and reminded audiences that Pastor Kneipp not only preached cold water treatments but also administered warm water therapies.
In countless publications, in all of these years I have continually come across the subject of perspiration, explaining to others how important this process is for the human body. Perspiration is the body’s own air conditioning system, controlled by the brain, and a vital process. When due to heat or fever the body temperature threatens to rise above 37 °C, the diencephalon gives the command to “cool down!”. At this, fluid is secreted by about two million sweat glands, causing cooling by evaporation. With perspiration the body not only eliminates water but also toxins, harmful substances, heavy metals and waste products from metabolism. When you become investigating the subject of perspiration, there is no getting around the sauna.
While I installed a sauna myself, I have to admit: I did not become a sauna fan. I could not get enthusiastic about the amount of heat building up each time in the room paneled with wood. On the contrary, It put a strain on my circulation and stressed it. I rarely felt comfortable in the sauna, and I used to think: there must be something better than this!
And then my research drew my attention to infrared. Alone the notion that the sun’s radiation spectrum contains infrared rays appealed to me. And delving deeper into “infrared” and the concepts of the “infrared cabin” and “infrared warmth”, I learned about the Physiotherm technology. Or, better stated, the Physiotherm principle of deep infrared warmth, which is modelled on the human body’s natural temperature regulation technique. It immediately became clear to me that this is a way of generating healthy perspiration in a particularly gentle manner that does not stress the circulatory system.
Still, I probably would not on the spur of the moment have investigated the special Physiotherm infrared technology so deeply and with such interest if I had not met a very special person: Luis Schwarzenberger - a wonderful man and a down-to-earth Tyrolean of the sort you usually only read about. A man who knows what he wants, who is honest, likeable and trustworthy. A man who in the course of his life has learned to take over responsibility for his own health and that, in doing this, you need to trust nature and the powers of nature. I had the privilege of spending many valuable hours with Luis Schwarzenberger. He has an uncommon radiance about him, and to me he is genius: together with an inventor he designed the first low temperature infrared cabin for commercial use in 1995 and has continued to develop it, writing a Tyrolean success story. Every time I sit down for a session in the infrared cabin, either alone or with my wife, I think with admiration about Luis Schwarzenberger. The soothing deep warmth of my Physiotherm infrared cabin is for my wife and me part of our daily health ritual. It helps us relax our bodies and free them from harmful wastes and toxins. And it helps us build up happiness hormones in a wonderful way. You leave the cabin with a pleasant feeling of fatigue yet as if reborn.
The therapeutic benefits of this deep warmth treatment are obvious to us in a way we can feel. I am on the go a lot, and often sit in cars and planes. I know from my own experience: stress is one of the most common causes of tension nowadays. Soothing deep warmth actively supports the body in eliminating stress and accompanying symptoms, even at just 30 °C. That is comfortable and never puts a strain on circulation. Beyond this, the aroma and scent therapies, which can be applied individually in the cabin, help you free yourself in no time from the tension of daily living. But the nicest thing about is: you leave the infrared cabin better equipped to handle new stress. I have experienced it myself:your muscles relax noticeably. And this helps you avoid painful symptoms in many cases. When at the end of a stressful day your back or joints hurt at times due to overexertion, the problem goes away practically all by itself in the infrared cabin. At pleasant and not too high temperatures, deep warmth generates renewed vital energy and fosters your sense of well-being in a tremendous way. It strengthens the immune systems and the cardio-vascular system and stimulates the metabolism. You can feel it very clearly.
To sum it up in a few words: regeneration, purging, relaxation, simply feeling good and happy. In a Physiotherm infrared cabin you can pep up your whole body in a natural, individual way. Were the phrase not overused, the ideal description would be: an anti-aging experience. Deep warmth treatment can help you stay young, fit and active for a very long time. The time you spend in an infrared cabin is a good investment in ensuring maintained good health. I feel that during every treatment.
Thank you, Luis Schwarzenberger: with your invention and development work you have already made many people happy and helped them to be able to take the initiative on their own to do something for their physical and mental health.
