How to use a Physiotherm infrared cabin.
• Set the infrared control to maximum and sit with your back to the heater.
• If the room is very cool, you can if necessary warm the cabin up beforehand for about 3 minutes.
• If during your session you have a slight burning sensation or feel too warm, just reduce the intensity.
• Use the infrared cabin as often as you like - every day or several times a week. Most people find that a session of 20 to 40 minutes is best.
• Before and after your session, always drink a large glass of water. A warm shower beforehand stimulates perspiration. Dry yourself before starting your session.
• When in the cabin, sit on a towel and also use handtowels with the towel rails to keep sweat of the walls inside the cabin.
• In the interests of preventing technical faults, make sure that the ceramic tubes do not come into contact with water. Also, please do not hang towels or any other objects in front of the heaters.
• Use the rotating infrared control to adjust the radiation intensity at any time to suit your needs.
• Stay in the cabin only as long as you feel comfortable.
• After the session, switch the cabin off and leave the door open to allow your perspiration to evaporate.
• If you forget to switch the cabin off, a timer will switch it off automatically after approx. 50 minutes.
• After the session, you are advised to take a short lukewarm shower to refresh yourself.
• Then simply clean the cabin using a damp cloth.
• Your Physiotherm infrared cabin is now ready for use again.
